“I’ve been dealing with an oil leak for months. Nobody could fix it. I took it to Lynch…they didn’t fix it. I called them back they told me to bring it backASAP. I dropped it off. They got my truck in immediately. They called two days later that it was fixed. NO CHARGE! They warrantied it. No mechanic is perfect that’s why they should stand behind their work. They identified that an incorrect part was installed on my car - a right tie rod end was installed on the left side and was causing a rubbing noise during tight turns. I was aware of the noise, but I had not been able to identify the source. They were still able to do the alignment and did not push for additional repairs or services.”
