Had a sub compact tractor tire blow on me, and I needed it fixed ASAP.Went ahead and had them order the right tire, had it the next day, but they found it to be an easy fix on my existing tire. It’s hard to find honest people, and they could’ve just said it was a bad tire and I wouldn’t have known.Got the new tire too, so now I saved my old and have a spare for next time.Good prices, honest, fast, and nice people. “IMPORTANT INFORMATION:I contacted this company on a Saturday to see if they could possibly press on my wheel bearings as the company the day before did it incorrectly. Unfortunately they had a light crew and were unable to do it until Monday. They were kind enough to direct me to another shop. No one in town could help me so it would be Monday. My first day of work is Monday and I need to be there. As I was stressing out I received a call from this company. He asked if I found anyone to do it. I said no and he said he could not get it done immediately but if I drop my axel off he would fit it in himself between Saturday or Sunday. He did not know how bad I needed my vehicle fixed before Monday but just being a truly great person and owner, he cared enough to step up to help when everyone else was stepping away. THANK YOU so much for helping me to get vehicle done so I can actually be present on my first day of work. Bless you, workers and business.”

“On the road from Huntsville airport to Florence Al, we pulled into Timmons to have a tire checked, the gentlemen was very accommodating and pleasant. While we waited, there was a cotton field bordering the station, it was magnificent, the rolling waves of white. Coming from the north, this would be the first time I would see Cotton in its natural state, at the source. I thought of the journey from the plant to my to the cloths I was wearing. Tinnons gets a five star for being professional and courteous, and it's proximity to a first in a lifetime experience. Thank you.”

“Customer Service is Fantastic!!! My Yukon broke down on the ramp on highway 65. Champion Chevrolet was the closest place to get her fixed. It ended up her transmission and of course I was in Athens, Al- a 1000 miles from home! But it gets better... they ordered the transmission and with my luck and Ice & snowstorm hit, they said it had been at least 10 years since they had seen snow. Even though I was stuck in a hotel because everything shut down, the staff (Melinda) at Champion Chevrolet were absolutely amazing. She actually checked on me and kept me informed every step of the way and let me know they were at the mercy of the delivery guy. Melinda even checked on me from her personal number as she was stuck at home as well. As soon as the part finally arrived, they got it fixed and ready for me to head out as soon as I could. I am so appreciative for all of their kindness and hard work to get me back to my family, safely! Thank you again!”
