I would also like to share some constructive feedback. There is a tall gentleman with a beard—whom I believe may be part of the management team—who, unfortunately, has consistently lacked customer service skills during my visits. Interactions with him have often felt unnecessarily difficult when asking for assistance.

“Krystal was very helpful and kind and I appreciate that. I explained my situation about 2 bad duralast alternators from auto zone and how James P. was extremely rude and condescending at the Hughes location and I learned he's the district manager. Also he put it in the system that it was returned instead of exchanged, and now I can't return it since he didn't do his job properly. I'll go to other stores to avoid him. As for the alternators..I have continuity from battery ground to alternator casing so it's grounded. Battery tested good. Battery terminals are free of corrosion as well as all fuses. I have 12 volts at exciter wire but only reading 12.5 volts at alternator. She said they had some problems with a few parts (it happens, I know we import everything for maximum profit!) so hopefully the alternator I get from Decatur tomorrow will be the keeper! I haven't had any issues with my Duralast alternator on my Dodge truck, I might just have bad luck on the Camry.”
