“My husband went there for an obscure oil type for his Triumph motorcycle after being directed by a different location out of the product. The hispanic gentleman was an absolute rockstar and joy to be serviced by. He assisted with the oil filter selection as well (it was a very new model so it took some time to make an educated guess given the most recent filters were from 2020 and the bike was a 2024). He even helped my husband sign up for the rewards program. His service is to be commended and valued with a raise! Take note Oreily Auto Parts!”

“Krystal was very helpful and kind and I appreciate that. I explained my situation about 2 bad duralast alternators from auto zone and how James P. was extremely rude and condescending at the Hughes location and I learned he's the district manager. Also he put it in the system that it was returned instead of exchanged, and now I can't return it since he didn't do his job properly. I'll go to other stores to avoid him. As for the alternators..I have continuity from battery ground to alternator casing so it's grounded. Battery tested good. Battery terminals are free of corrosion as well as all fuses. I have 12 volts at exciter wire but only reading 12.5 volts at alternator. She said they had some problems with a few parts (it happens, I know we import everything for maximum profit!) so hopefully the alternator I get from Decatur tomorrow will be the keeper! I haven't had any issues with my Duralast alternator on my Dodge truck, I might just have bad luck on the Camry.”
