Not sure why they have all the bad reviews..
Rented a small SUV from this location from July 9-12, 2025. Reserved through Booking.com. Legit took 20 minutes to pickup our vehicle. No issues and great customer service.

Literally half a star. Worst service I've never gotten, because I literally set an appointment, just to stand there for over half an hour, to receive no service. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
