I had to do some things on the other end of another rep in the main office to clear the equipment I was returning they didn’t know what to do or how to do it. The rep in the store did she helped me and the other representative. Now that’s Star ⭐️ service thanks to the lady at the Spectrum Store problem SOLVE.”
