Having purchased multiple LazyBoy chairs and sofas before we are accustomed to quality products. The purchase in Hoover was simple. However, when I picked up the chair on Hwy 280 it was not the same color of fabric. I had selected a beige chair, but the one at pick up was a darker fabric (brown). That was/is disappointing.
