So far this location is meh at best. It pales in comparison to the Winter Springs FL location I was so fond of before moving. The staff is ok. I've had only good interactions with one Deli employee. Everyone else acts like I'm an inconvenience. The main issue is the inconsistency with service.

Barbie in the Deli helped me out today getting a rush order ready fast. She was very professional and friendly.

First time to the Brookwood store. Staff not friendly at all. Everyone except in the meat dep. seemed annoyed.
