However, not much service at all .. but I was basically there for EASY FREE MONEY, till society decided to prevail through it..Anyways, if you’re considering working for this place I would consider somewhere else there’s no promotion there’s no raises in pay and I was a very very good customer service and manager attendant. However, for me when months went by after employment, my hiring manager decided to retire and step down, I was left standing alone with the associate who had left for another job..so when the smoke cleared, it was just me standing !!So, Again you might wanna think about that before trying to get employment at this place thanks for reading ?God bless and stay safe !!”

They have the cutest clothes. Everything is affordable, unlike other boutiques in the area. “Girls at the Hoover location were fun and helpful! I bought 2 pairs of DR Martens, Birkenstock clogs, and Cole Hahn dress shoes for several different reasons. I also purchased several extra pairs so I could let my son try them on at home because he had a funeral out of town for his best buddies family member. We were stressed out and trying to get outfits together and he is NOT a fan of shopping. I explained that I was buying more than I needed and they were very helpful and didn’t frown at me when I returned a couple of pairs that didn’t work. I actually ended up buying more than I expected because they were so helpful that when I asked about a discount on Dr martens they told me to check the website. The price online was significantly lower $169 in store vs. $99 on line. When I asked if they would match the online price they asked the manager for me and I received the discounted price which was a huge help at Christmas time! Fun to shop there as I was there for several hours over a 2 day period buying and returning shoes. Good customer service and very helpful and of course I was shopping near closing time! If they were irritated it wasn’t to my face which was nice with everything we had going on during the holidays. I recommend this location!”
