“I was in a situation where my package kept getting rejected. They could have easily told me to call customer service cause they’re a franchise and they have nothing to do with it…. And I can’t speak for all the other workers in there, but the lady with the turquoise hair went above and beyond to resolve my issue and relive the stress that was brewing! She was very clear on what she could and could not do. She was very professional. The way she handled my situation and took initiative, gained my respect! 10/10 highly recommend!”

Tiana was very skilled in utilizing the tools needed to complete my project. Tiana mad my experience less stress. This five star is for Tiana..... I have a one star ⭐ for the female(Alex ) who attempted to chastise me for calling her ma'am. when she rudely came and told Tiana she was needed up front to help another customer. I had a conversation with the manager and explained her instructions to have Alex come over and take Tiana away from assisting me was a poor choice. I'm a business owner and have huge advertising projects, Tina and Alexander or Alexis caused FedEx to lose my business.”

“This place closes at 6:00 PM on Saturdays!! The package we had was HUGE and a return. It would be as much to return it as it cost us... but the lady at FedEx here was super nice. She helped me out quite a bit. Luckily it was not busy when I showed up. The package was heavy and when I took it back to the car (this thing may just be dropped off at Good Will or a thrift store...)she left me borrow a cart thing!But did thus review for one correction. This place closes at 6:00 PM on Saturdays!!”
