Tiana knew I was under pressure to get some information sent off and she was very patient with me throughout the entire process. Tiana was very skilled in utilizing the tools needed to complete my project. Tiana mad my experience less stress. This five star is for Tiana..... I have a one star ⭐ for the female(Alex ) who attempted to chastise me for calling her ma'am. when she rudely came and told Tiana she was needed up front to help another customer. I had a conversation with the manager and explained her instructions to have Alex come over and take Tiana away from assisting me was a poor choice. I'm a business owner and have huge advertising projects, Tina and Alexander or Alexis caused FedEx to lose my business.”
