“Customer service is alive and well at Sharp Communication. They took care of my two dead batteries by ordering me new ones. I was able to get loaner batteries to use until they come in. They let me salvage a couple of clips for missing ones off old radios as well. The friendly service will keep me coming back. They also take care of our first responders communication needs. I like that. Check them out for all your communication needs.”
“I had a death in my family. #1 I went to Madison Blvd location with the death certificate, but no manager so polite but no help - just a waste of time. #2 I tried online chatting with an agent - waste of time. #3 I called the loyalty number and they canceled the line but said I owed $900+ unless I brought my deceased mother-in-law's phone to a store. #4 I went to the university store with the phone, which was polite but bamboozled and couldn't help. #5 My wife called this location at bridgstreet, and the manager said they would help us. Even though it took my wife a couple hours to arrive, this outstanding manager stayed just for us (i think they skipped lunch and/or stayed beyond their shift)!!! This manager resolved our outstanding issues. Thank you manager, I wish I knew your name to praise you in this review. If AT&T gives bonuses, you deserve a big one!”

“I love this Target and the one on the South side. There's a sales associate by the name of Monize that I love running into. Some people just go to work and some people actually love their job and the customers. Makes our experience worth while. Shopping at Target is like my therapy and great customer service is my thing. Worth writing a review for! Didn't give 5 stars because some of the other associates are never that pleasant but overall a good store.”
“Since the demolition of Madison Square Mall, I have thought Target was the best business in Huntsville. The range and quality of products and goods - across the board - has been amazing. Home products, kitchen appliances, gardening seeds and tools to school supplies and clothes for men women and children. Prices continue to be fair and competitive. Most recently, Target just completed a major remodel of the sales floor. Brighter and easier to navigate, similar to the Madison store with a more centrallocation.”

“My dad died last week and I have been helping my mom get everything sorted. If you've never gone through this experience it is quite grueling, on top of being emotional, since there are just so many things to do you are completely at the mercy of each vendor to close everything out, it can be very very stressful. The rep we spoke to earlier in the week instructed we stop into a store as soon as we got dad's death certificate. So we did. However, this was apparently not the process we were supposed to follow. After helping us get customer service on the line again, Heather, the store manager, hearing how our conversation was going with this second service rep, sat with us and helped walk us through everything. When we hung up for the second time we still didn't have the issue resolved, so she called them again with us. After an hour + in the store, my mom was finally good to go. Now, I've been a Verizon customer since I was 16 years old and I stay with them for their customer service, but don't think I have ever had someone so invested in making sure we had the help we needed. I seriously cannot say thank you enough. The kindness and compassion she showed my mom and I, especially sitting with us through two (in store) calls to customer service, after they told us that they couldn't help, was unparalleled. Thank you, again, Heather.”

“A very asthetically pleasing store, every thing is so neat and crisp! The customer service experience is phenomenal. I'm a Samsung person, but my family is all Apple. The experience I have in this store makes me almost want to switch to Apple... almost. However, I do have an iPad, just not an iPhone. Still Samsung when it comes to that. A very nice store!”

I had to come to the store two days in a row.”
