“After 4 days, and near 4 and a half hours dealing with online difficulties getting a new account to actually work, it took under 45 minutes in the store for their associate Josh to completely resolve every issue.I went in unsatisfied and frustrated and came out of the physical location a very happy customer. “Last night we had a storm hit our area. Internet went out. Come to find out the Router took a dive. I went to Athens, AL Spectrum store as a walk in. The Tech told me to take the Router in for exchange. I entered, and a gentleman named Grayson attended me. I explained the situation, he grabbed a new Router, updated my account and resolved my issue in minutes. I ask various questions about my account and he was able to answer and resolve any issues I had expeditiously. Enough that felt I wanted to write a review specifically about Grayson's resolve and professionalism. Thank you for having people like Grayson on your staff.”
