“Went to John no notice, told him what I needed done and I provided the parts, he looked up what the books said it should take for time and gave me a reasonable price quote. Told me he may be able to squeeze it in that afternoon. He called at 4:45 and told me my car was ready. He picked me up the following morning and we drove back to his shop, he made a minor correction to silence a rotor shroud that was rubbing and I was done…fast friendly and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.”
“I showed up 5 minutes before close and the mechanic offered to come to my location (I left my car down the road) OFF work on his own time to replace my alternator cable. Not only did he offer his services, he waited while I went to the store to get the correct cable AND charged a very VERY low fee. He was way cool and drove a sweet 1980 Ford. Nicest dude ever.”

“THANK YOU! So I work contract work and found myself driving my recently purchased F150 V8 5.0 from Florida, to Seattle, to Alabama. 2.5 months of work and my contract finally ends and I am excited to go home to my pets and fiance. 5am in the morning I begin my drive only to hear my pistons misfire and my truck die. I am not mechanically inclined and I am stranded in a state I am not familiar with. Every passing day I am spending $160 in hotel rooms alone. I called Pro Align, explained my situation and they ABSOLUTELY took care of me. My service was expedited, they discovered the cause of issue and even showed me in shop so I can visually see and understand. Price was literally 250% cheaper than what I was expecting to pay. I don't think I got to tell them, but if I work in Alabama again, I exclusively will go to them. Having a trusted mechanic in another state is a blessing. Thank you guys so much. I literally cannot describe the anxiety you relieved me from.”
