Fredricks Equipment provides excellent sales staff and reasonable pricing. They carry parts for older equipment that other dealers cannot supply, often having them in stock. Their service goes above and beyond, with staff delivering parts directly to customers. Transactions are easy and low pressure, even for large out-of-state purchases. They are a great bunch of people, highly recommended for their honest and helpful service.

After talking with Tom Fredricks about a bill that I was not real happy with, I was surprised to get a refund on some work that HE thought that I didn't need. You don't find that kind of integrity in business much anymore. I highly recommend this business for all of your outdoor needs.

Rob F in parts is the man! We had a weird repair on a yanmar tractor and Rob was patient and turns out very helpful with the parts selection to complete the repair. Our parts were then sent out promptly. We appreciate such great service here in southern Idaho.
