“Kenneth and the Tankersley crew were fabulous. We needed a tire repair service after a highway incident. I knew that the repair would probably not be possible and the crew quickly confirmed my suspicions. Kenneth worked with me on ordering the parts and setting up the replacement. We had to return the next day for parts, which was expected. Early the next day, we received a phone call confirming that parts arrived and we made an appointment. When we arrived we mentioned to Kenneth that we had an errand to run. We were going to walk, but Kenneth wasn't having it. He offered us a loaner vehicle and told us to take our time. When we arrived back at the station, our vehicle was ready and parked near the cashier. Checking out was seamless and the prices were comparable with a few other outlets. We were so impressed that I told Kenneth that we would be back for a tire service on our other vehicle. There is nothing like dealing with a local family business with a long history. Thank you!”

“Quick and easy service. Called about a lift install on a Subaru outback with a kit I already had. He looked at it the same day and said bring it in two days later. He had it installed within 3 hours of bringing it in. They also test drove it and removed any scrubbing. It's been a month since the install and my car is riding great and looking great. Everything about my experience was super, but the cost is what I was most impressed with. I will not disclose how much they saved me, but let's just say they were significantly better than anywhere that quoted me. “Great guy. The mechanic first thought I needed to clean my battery cables after 80 dollars, the cleaning didn't fix my engine light problem. Mr. Trostel then checked the engine code and there was a reading that had a turbo boost sensor voltage input issue. Finally Mr Trostel checked my turbo boost sensor, and lo and behold there was my problem, a bad and shorted turbo boost sensor. Mr. Trostel ordered the part from the freightliner dealer and I picked up a new turbo boost sensor that day. Fixed my problem and was very helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommeded .”

“I had a tire from my camper that had a nail in it and needed it fixed as my spare was on the camper. These folks came to my truck got the tire dropped everything they were doing and fixed my tire the right way I might add. The gentleman I dealt with was a caring individual as my mom had just passed and we are on our way from Florida to Indiana. He said let’s get you back on the road. When we left he said sorry for your loss. There are still good people in this world!”

“These are a great bunch of people. I called about a steering shaft for a Yanmar 1700 tractor. They had it in stock and the sales guy brought it to me. I drive a truck and explained that I would be stopping at a local pilot for fuel. He said that he would bring it to me. They went above and beyond by doing that. I will be definitely buying all my parts from them.”

“I'm gonna give 5 stars, because the work was perfect, they cleaned our car inside and out and even touched up paint chips all the way around the car for nothing. The only negative was that it was scheduled for 7 business days to repair, but it took 31 business days to actually complete the job. Yes, when they dug into it, they found more damage which doubled the repair cost, but by week 3, week 4, I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever see our car again. 46 days total, that's 6 1/2 weeks later I finally got it completed. Maybe you need more manpower, or don't overbook yourselves. Excellent work! Bad time management. Added note: When my rental insurance ran out, they DID take over my rental car payments. I commend them for that!”
