The Call Center and general phone system is an absolute disaster. The attendants don't speak sufficient English and don't know their product. The endless advertising propaganda phone messages and ques would drive a saint to blasphemy. .

I go through the driveway window most of the time. They are very helpful and nice. This is a good bank to do business with. I will rate this bank 5 stars.
