“We evacuated during Irma from Brunswick, GA. The hotel we stayed in double charged us. We went to the Cox Pkwy Branch and if it had not been for their kindness and willingness to help us, and trust me this was a time consuming preocess, we would not have made it.The hotel had our account in a mess. We were tired, limited on funds, had no idea if our home was still standing etc. This staff felt like family. When Brian completed the process and i got in my car, i set there and cried. I thanked God for those employees that comforted us and was truly concerned about us and went that extra step for us. God bless that staff.
