“Stopped in late on a Sat. during trip to FL. Explained to Evan that I was unhappy with new tires I had just gotten in WI and I just wanted to make sure the tires were defect-free and properly balanced. Evan quickly got me in, thoroughly inspected the tires and re-balanced them to make sure that was not part of the issue I was having with them. Once in FL I did swap the tires for another set but I appreciate how helpful Evan was at the Dothan store.”

“Bought two used tires at $100 from Frank tire(formerly Billy tire), one had a leak. Took it back and he repaired it but still continued to leak. Returned and he replaced the tire. Dash sensor continued to stay on and he helped to fix that also. Very satisfied with his service”

“Amazing customer service! I had a problem with my steering that other shops couldn't diagnose. The other shop had me replace the shocks and get an aligmement, but it didn't fix it. However, I explained it to these guys over the phone and they had a good idea what it was. Took it in and all that was needed was to tighten a few bolts. What a suprise! I was expecting a $600-$800 bill! They are completely honest and professional! They tightened the bolts on the rack and pinion, did an aligmement and it was good! They also gave me a price that couldn't be beat! They have a customer for life now. Thanks again!!!! Can't recommend them enough!”

“Took my 2021 Audi A6 in for an alignment. Car was quickly taken in and put on the lift. Technician came back and let me know that they did not have the proper sensors needed to do the alignment because the vehicle is so technical and only audi has the provider sensors to allow for a proper alignment. He explained everything very clearly, was very apologetic about the situation, and discussed more about the alignment process and agreed that my steering wheel was very off center after my alignment with Audi a month prior.
I am very grateful they explained the issue to me and let me know they didn’t want to proceed with the alignment and risk something not being correct, causing more issues. And compromising safety.
I am very grateful they were so honest and appreciate them taking the time to discuss it with me.”

“I needed a used tire and co workers at The Sound Shop told me to give this guy a shot so of course being right down the road I was all for it. I showed up, he told me that the price for new tires are $100 each and used tires are $55 and showed me all of the spares that he had and the tread (which was so good) so I accepted of course. It took him a total of 10 minutes to get it on there.
So price, quality, time and hospitality is 10 out of 10 and I will be going back for all of my tire needs. Please make sure you have cash because that’s the only form of payment.”

“Our daughter had a issue with her car, and was told it was probably her alternator. We took it to Road Mart in Dothan. Dillon was wonderful. My husband sat and waited while they worked on it. Come to find out it was just her battery. I don't know about you, but honesty is something we haven't found until now recently. Dillon could've easily taken us for hundreds of dollars and he didn't. My husband is a disabled Vet, and this place has our business now. Thank You so much for being an honest business!”

“From Florida. Was working in Dothan and got stuck there because my alternator. No problems! They replaced it and also towed me there too from the hotel. This was two years ago.
It’s covered under warranty and having someone check it out now, one of my batteries I got installed somewhere else was placed in weird and I think cause issues with alternator.
I lost my receipt and I just called Jim Whaleys and they’re emailing it so I can still use my warranty.
My past experience shows that companies are typically reluctant to issue new receipts for warranties. Paxton happily sent it with great attitude. Thank you!”

“We were travelling with our 5th wheel and right outside Dothan our hydraulic trailer brakes stopped working Called Techway to see if there was anything the could do to help get us back on the road, They said bring it in and we will see what we can do. They ended up capping off on of the 4 hydraulic lines and within and hour we were back on the road. Need less to say I would highly recommend this company. Let us plus our two dogs wait in their wating area were so kind and even played with dogs. Thank you everyone at Techway yall were our saving grace. Much thanks Doug and Merrill Stevens”
“New to the surrounding area. I live not to far across the Florida state line so this Chevrolet dealership in Dothan, AL. is approx 35 miles for me to drive to but it turned out to be worth the trip & glad that I made the trip.
I own a 2020 Chevy Blazer & wouldn't you know, just as soon as I paid that puppy off, I get my first issue of "Shift to park" when vehicle is already in park. I googled it and of course it's common to a point of having service bulletins. Being new to the area & not knowing who or where, I looked at reviews and made a choice. Booked an appt at Marianna, FL Chevy dealership and when I arrived there that day. I was basically told they didn't have time for me in a round about way with an aggressive demeanor. Not exaggerating! Not a good first impression at all and so that is how I ended up at Soloman's the next day for appt with Vanessa and what a difference. She listens to you & everything you have to say. I truly feel she genuinely cares about you and the best interest of your vehicle. Thank you Vanessa @ Solomon's.
