“Stopped in late on a Sat. during trip to FL. Explained to Evan that I was unhappy with new tires I had just gotten in WI and I just wanted to make sure the tires were defect-free and properly balanced. Evan quickly got me in, thoroughly inspected the tires and re-balanced them to make sure that was not part of the issue I was having with them. Once in FL I did swap the tires for another set but I appreciate how helpful Evan was at the Dothan store.”

“Bought two used tires at $100 from Frank tire(formerly Billy tire), one had a leak. Took it back and he repaired it but still continued to leak. Returned and he replaced the tire. Dash sensor continued to stay on and he helped to fix that also. Very satisfied with his service”

“They're live savers, I had a nail in my tire that was so scary my tire when from full to flat in no time coming from Panama City for work. I was in a time crunch for work I had an important meetings, they moved their schedule and make my tire a priority, I didn't think it was going to be patchable but they did an amazing job.
Fast exelent service it took them about 15 min. I was ready to pay for a new tire. But they fixed it in no time no only they did it free of charge. I cannot thank them enough to have fixed my truck tire so I can return home safely.
Places like this don't exist anymore very kind and exelent service, I cannot recommend them enough! Love, love this place ❤️”
“Quality people quality tires spent 50 bucks a tire they probably had at least 75% tread left mounting and balance included and the best part In-N-Out in 30 minutes including them searching through their tires to find me a matching set couldn't recommend more”
“I needed a used tire and co workers at The Sound Shop told me to give this guy a shot so of course being right down the road I was all for it. I showed up, he told me that the price for new tires are $100 each and used tires are $55 and showed me all of the spares that he had and the tread (which was so good) so I accepted of course. It took him a total of 10 minutes to get it on there.
So price, quality, time and hospitality is 10 out of 10 and I will be going back for all of my tire needs. Please make sure you have cash because that’s the only form of payment.”

And without hesitation in the parking lot one person then a tech came out and they tried to get them connected to no avail but they did so for free when they didn't have to and I'm forever grateful to the Jim Whaleys crew over off South Oates in Dothan Alabama.”
“I can’t say enough good things about Roadmart in Dothan! I stopped at Dothan Toyota with my 2024 Tundra (just over 20,000 miles) because of a flat tire. I figured they might be able to patch it, but instead I got the runaround and was told the hole was too big to repair.
Frustrated, I drove just down the street to Roadmart, and the difference was night and day. The folks there helped me out right away, no hassle. They quickly looked at my tire, gave me honest options, and even offered me a way better price for a brand-new replacement than what I was expecting. Their customer service was fast, professional, and straightforward.
If you need tire work in Dothan, skip the headache and head straight to Roadmart. They truly care about their customers and will take care of you. Highly recommended!”
“If you go in there with the desire to get some work done give them the go ahead.... by time I got back home to relax I may of just stayed and waited. I saw the parts coming in as I was waiting for my ride, but I wasn't expecting them to jump on it and be done in about 3hrs... Oil change, rear brakes, rotors and shocks,, RR bushing. I would go back!!”

I own a 2020 Chevy Blazer & wouldn't you know, just as soon as I paid that puppy off, I get my first issue of "Shift to park" when vehicle is already in park. I googled it and of course it's common to a point of having service bulletins. Being new to the area & not knowing who or where, I looked at reviews and made a choice. Booked an appt at Marianna, FL Chevy dealership and when I arrived there that day. I was basically told they didn't have time for me in a round about way with an aggressive demeanor. Not exaggerating! Not a good first impression at all and so that is how I ended up at Soloman's the next day for appt with Vanessa and what a difference.
