“Called on a Monday morning and talked to Dwight about the issue I was having with my Honda Van. He said bring it in and even though they were very busy, he would get it worked in. I got there and met Teresa the owner of the shop, she was very friendly and asked if she could help me. I told her that I had talked to Dwight, and she knew what I was referring to. They got my Van in that morning and called me twice during the day to keep me updated. The procedure was over 5 hrs long so we decided to start on it Tuesday. Tresa called me to let me know that it was done and ready to pick up. I found the customer service refreshing and the work was prompt. I even got a text two days later asking if the van was doing well. Great place and I would highly recommend!! Friendly people and great staff.”

Any other shop would’ve continued with the service and still charged me for the service and labor. Doug was very quick to call and tell me I don’t need the service and there was nothing I needed to pay for. Very honest man, and I know where I’ll be going when I do need my AC recharged.”

“My car was making a noise that had to do with the clutch and components. I had my car towed to 431 Automotive and tire. They fixed my car better than anyone else had in the past. They also test drove my car to make sure nothing else was wrong. Other mechanic shops didn't test drive my car due to anyone being at the shop that could drive a standard. I appreciate everything 431 Automotive and tire did for me. The price was great due to the courtesy and caringness of the employees. I will not take my car any place else.I just wish they could work on motorcycles.”
