“Courtney was my sales person. She was beyond great. She has a great personality and super nice and knows what she is doing probably more than anyone else. They were system issues so I left and came back and she done her thing and made sure I understood how to operate the phone. She even called back the next to make sure I was good. She is a good one and should be paid more than she already is.”
“I went here this morning to get my cellphone service switched & after reading the reviews last night I was dreading it. There was a guy named Shawn and he was so respectful , I couldn't have asked for anything better . He came over & helped me to the counter & was so helpful & considering I'm disabled he made sure I was comfortable while he worked his technical magic. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. Tim D. walked me through it and helped quote me $100 less a month for my phone bill while also getting new phones. Will be making the switch very soon. Tim was informative and knowledgeable, while also being very friendly and not at all pushy like a lot of the other phone stores. Very happy with the service he provided, 10 /10.”
