“Had to pay for a service call this guy did and he didn’t pay for my guy now I gotta pay him so he can pay his bills. It’s sad that our small business community have some bad apples that us other small business for their own advantage then once they got their machine fixed I was out four hundred in just labor fees two trips and four hours shame on you. I give you a few months before we have new management again bc your new but worse than before so sad business owners help businesses owners not rip them off shame on you”
“Went to get some work done on a recently purchased vehicle. They have me a quote of 700 for the repairs. I agreed, and paid for the parts upfront. They called me a few days later and said the price would be 13 or 14 hundred because I needed new sensors. I told them that I would put the sensors on myself. They called right back and said that I needed some wiring done and it would cost me 1,000 total. I don't do wires so I agreed. After picking up the vehicle, I went to install the remaining sensors and discovered that one of my connectors had been cut. I hate shops that fix one thing and something else goes bad when you pick it up... I would never go back or recommend anyone there... Update: I found my receipt and they did in fact say that one of my plugs were missing. I should have read it before giving them a 1 star. I do think they were trying to overcharge me a little bit.”
