four brand new tires they were very professional
They do other services but I'm still learning about them I'll go back there when I am need other services. It was a clean environment and coffee snacks and a bathroom for customer.
It felt like a calm environment
I like that. I've gotten a battery replacement and then two weeks later 8/05/2024 I had the alternator pulley belt replay spark plugs coil pack replace too.

“My vehicle was rear-ended by somebody speeding and not paying attention. My whole lift gate was crushed in and my exhaust was crumbled underneath along with the heat shields. “The waterpump on our Cummins ram broke on I-65 near cullman on our way home to Texas from Michigan. I called the nearest ram service which was cullman dodge. The service people were extremely helpful hooking me up with a tow company and checking that they had parts in stock. We got our truck towed to the dealer and our camper to a nearby campground. Brian texted me to let me know they would be on it Monday morning, the breakdown was about closing on Saturday. He texted me on progress Monday and they picked me up at the campground upon completion. All three of the service people I had contact with went way out of their way to help us and what could have been a major disaster was a short stay at a nice campground. We cannot say enough about the help we were given. Thankyou!”

They did a good job of explaining why I needed to get trailer tires instead of regular car tires, which is what I had on there before. HUGE improvement in the way it pulls now. “Upon arriving, Justin got me into a bay pretty quickly. Jeremy, the assistant manager, took over from there. I had my oil changed, was made aware that it was close to time for a new air filter, and asked if I'd like to buy new wiper blades. I let Jeremy know I had new blades but hadn't put them on yet. He offered to do that for me free of charge. I was given excellent service. This is why I always use this Express Oil Change location. Thanks to you all for always giving me a great experience!”
