“Excellent company that backs their products. We had over head door spring break while we were installing it ourselves. They said that happens sometimes and brought us new one, installed themselves and hauled off broken one free of charge. Will definitely use them again!”

“After going to 8 different places looking for a faucet repair kit, Ace had one that did the trick. They also took the time to help me repair it and I got the water back on at the house. Super friendly people.”

“So thankful for this farm store in what used to be an old Kmart. The location on the north end of Dothan has been so convenient.I’ve used the online service where you then pick up in store a few times lately. For items that you don’t want to look for in the store, and also to get items in that would otherwise be out of stock. The pickup time could definitely be improved because it seems to take 10-15 minutes to have an employee look it up and source the items on hold. Still grateful for the service and feel in time on line purchases will become more efficient.”

“You won't meet a better bunch of people. Whatever your needs, they'll have it. You might even find a new gun, ammo, deer corn, or have a meal at the Salty Sammich next door. Just stop in and say hello!”

“Very kind to my family. Our son threw up and they opened up the bathroom so we could clean up, but a heads up the bathroom isn't normally open to shoppers. I would change that if I were them... however great experience as a buyer and for my family ?”

“I know the Owner and shop at both of his True Value Hardware Facilities...This one like the one in Headland is awesome. All employees greet you with a smile and are all very helpful. Place is well stocked and has great food. Even has livestock feed. They can and will order anything you need if they don't have it. You pay a little more however it's a whole lot better than going to the Big Box stores in Dothan. Nothing but good things to say about them.”

“Well shoot. This place is great. You can always find items at great prices here. They've got some 90tooth ratchets that are awesome. Far superior to craftsman etc. They even sell roof racks!! Cool. Also...led light...wow..”

“I live in AZ, but needed to buy materials for a flooring install in AL. I am military, but their system is set up to validate the ID in the store. Jim at the Dothan store was beyond helpful in getting this done for me. He also explained products and calculated materials for me. This was not one, but 5 or 6 phone calls and he never once sounded anything but excited to help. These days any help is hard to find, but good help is rare indeed. Thanks, Jim! You're a gem.”

“I went to Home Depot today and operation "COVID-19" was apparently well underway. Had a conversation with a management employee about the whole situation. To her credit... she totally supported the employee's. All the while fully understanding how implementing these new safety measures were stressing her workers and the customers out. I want to give her a BIG shout-out for supporting her staff and the company policies. Her name is Ms. SARAH. I have probably spent thousands of dollars at this store; and I can safely say, by now I have a very good feel for the management style and employee attitudes throughout the organization. I have run into many an employee with technical questions for which I have always obtained a cogent/correct answer. Mostly from Mr. PHIL, Ms. Patty and Mr. JOSE. Keep up the outstanding service and don't let the turkeys get you down!!!”

“Excellent service! After months of delays with a brick order with Whatley Supply that caused our new construction to come to a standstill for weeks, we asked ACME for their help. Within a week, they had our order delivered and our brick looks fantastic! Our only regret is not having gone with them from the beginning!”

“I'm going to go ahead and say this right off the bat. There is no tap to pay. You have to have a physical card. You will get no rewards on your tap to pay cards like Apple pay and Google pay. So keep that in mind if you think you're getting incentives or you're getting a percentage back. This really is my go-to home improvement store because they cost about the same as Lowe's and there's not a hardware store in this town that's easy to get to. I mean for as bad as north side mall shopping center is concerned with that entire weird parking lot, That was never really updated to match the current layout since the original layout was like 60 years ago, when it was a real mall. But it's a lot easier to get into than north side Lowe's. There's a lot of stuff that the prices don't match in store like they do online. In store could be a clearance item at a 50% off price but online is the regular price and it's not on clearance.Getting in and out of the store itself is not really difficult. There's never any small baskets up front anymore so you always have to use a shopping cart. Getting out of the checkout area is hit or miss. You're going to find one cashier there who is available for large and long objects, but everything else is going to have to go through the self check out and sometimes that just gets weird because you know how self-checkout is.So I wish home Depot would come up with the times. Other than that they normally have what I'm looking for. If not, delivery is typically free and arrives within a week.”
