Everything was fine but the bathrooms. The ladies room was disgusting!! Toilets not flushed, toilet paper with poop hanging out of the garbage cans. Just nasty nasty

A one. Just pitiful. Pilot makes a big pitch to RV's on the road with a Good Sam Discount, but it's hard to use the discount if there are no places large enough for a RV to pull-thru and fill up. Today was 3rd time in 3 days we've had to leave the Pilot in search of gas.

Maria was kind, particularly patient and extremely passionate about service with a smile...loved her and her caring that I enjoyed the Pilot experience.
