“My Honda 2004 was a problem to fix. But after several times taking it back Chelsea Tire fixed the problem. I got it and took it on a test. I would speed up and then push on the brakes. I did this 20 times and the former problem of brakes shutting down the car did not occur. So, I believe the car has fixed. I appreciate that Chelsea Tire continued to try to solve the problem. “My husband called earlier this week for particular tires and they assured him they had four. We went up there today and although their system said there were four the workers could not find them immediately. The two ladies on staff (who were near the end of their shift) did not stop looking until they found it. It ended up taking them about fifteen minutes and required them to climb up and down the ladder several times. They even got the young men who were working in the shop to help and they were just as helpful. It was some of the best customer service we have received in a long time. They also had excellent attitudes the whole time which was much appreciated. We will be back here for our car service needs.”
