“I decided to go here because of how close in distance it was to where I was. I had called prior to arriving and the person I spoke with over the phone; his name was George/Jeorge was very kind, offered me a discount, and let me know I could get in pretty quickly for what I was experiencing.They got me in pretty quick, although it was a line of people, all I had to do was get my tire fixed and they did just that within 30 minutes! Instead of overcharging and not telling me the different options I had, George made sure to tell me I could either get a new tire or they could just patch it up, which would not only be quicker, but would also be cheaper. I didn't even know it was an option as most dealers would try to take the more expensive way out. Of course I took the recommendation on the cheaper route and my tire is just as brand new, I will certainly be coming back, the service was great!”

“I had to get a bumper cover (surprisingly, it's actually called a "bumper cover", and not "bumper") replaced as part of an insurance claim. After searching online, reading reviews, and calling several body shops, I chose Med Center Collision. Michael, the estimator, gave me a reasonable quote with an OEM part. The next week, Med Center Collision had the part and called me to set a day to drop off the car. Like many body shops, Med Center Collision took care of the insurance paperwork. When I picked up the car, the car was washed and waxed, and so the car looked great. The new part has a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. Also, there's an Enterprise car rental place a mile away that will pick you up and drop you off as well.I found Michael to be a decent down-to-earth person. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a body shop, regardless of whether or not the work is under an insurance claim. The car doesn't even have to be a Mazda either.Service: Body & Trim”
