“Best gas station in Prattville, the owners maintain the store very well and it's very clean. Great vape options for a gas station, and they always help when needed. I wanted a certain product that they don't carry and a couple days later they ordered and had the product ready for me just because I asked. Great great service and I highly recommend this store!!”

If he's serving meatloaf with greens & ole Fashion Cornbread You better get it while it lasts. By the way l get my fuel there as well it never causes sputtering and is always fresh.”
“Stopped by on our way up I65, they were very busy but the employees had it together! Went to get Subway and the staff was friendly and fast, it was clean and good!! The cashier in the store was handling both registers to get customers out quickly and doing a great job. Another employee saw that we were trying to get coke zero from the fountain and it was out and said if we could hold on just a minute, she would run and change it. Great job to all the staff, definitely will stop here in the future!”
“My experience at this CVS Cobbs Ford rd. location is pleasant. The pharmacy department isn’t always pleasant though. It is a clean store. Sometimes a greeter will speak. I still would recommend this location.”

“Very friendly and engaged sales floor team (for the most part, and the leadership team is relatively swift at removing anyone not fit for a customer service position) and the store stays in stock, clean, and organized - the GM hasn't changed in over a decade so he's clearly doing something right. As with any Walgreens, the pharmacy staff is my biggest complaint; that's depending on who you talk to of course. They're not ALL rude, unhelpful, and work at a snail's pace. Regardless, all it takes is that one "bad apple" to ruin the customer's experience - hence the 4/5 rating.”
“We popped into this Walgreens only to get a shot for my wife. I was impressed by how clean the space is, both the floor and the POS. The line was long for the pharmacy, which the staff says is typical, but we didn't get the notion that it was a speed issue so much as a quantity of people issue. I ended up finding a couple great deals on sale items marked down for Christmas. This was a positive experience for a passer by.”
