UPS delivered my package to the wrong address.
No one at UPS was able to assist and the claim it link didn't work at all for me.
Bad customer experience for sure.

Drivers a joke waited all day for my package never showed up then he wrote incorrect address… my address is correct. then it got sent back to sender.

No more picking up packages at this location cuz they closed down for deliveries.
