I was having a problem getting my package but I came by the Birmingham, Alabama office on 8/18/23 and spoke with Nicole. She was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Customer service like this can be hard to come by these days so I REALLY appreciate her! Please give her a raise. ?

Requested a package delivery date 4 days ago. Waited all day for 11 hours and no one showed up. Product in the package is no longer good. Worse office to deal with and work with.
