You’re gonna be about as broke as the elevators here with all the random fees you get. My husband smoked once on the balcony and my son was charged almost $300 for it the day after my son reported a broken elevator.

I have enjoyed my stay here at Ion at Ballpark. I have live here for 7 years. I have had a studio apartment, a loft, and now I have a 2 bedroom apartment. The views are wonderful and the location is very convenient. I have had some issues during my stay here but they were handle promptly by the office staff and maintenance.

Great improvements in cleanliness! Although the fitness center remains closed, I appreciate the alternative setup with equipment upstairs and access to another gym. The reopening of the community lounge adds a wonderful vibe to the property.
