I suffer from chronic breathing problems so this made it worse. The secretary as if I wanted to set in the office which I thought was so polite. On the same day I reported this they had a serviceman there that evening, which quickly repaired my ac. I just wanted to say Thank You”

“I have been at Moretti for about 3 years now and I have no complaints! Since day one, maintenance has been personable and highly responsive to my requests, even replacing my washer TWICE in the span of a couple months without hesitation (this double malfunction was a admittedly a coincidence). The property is privately tucked away right near Vulcan park and located between downtown "SoHo," downtown Birmingham-- just minutes away from every major interstate, making this the IDEAL location for work and play. We are truly a gated community (as in the gates actually work and stay locked) so I am grateful for that. The property is landscaped weekly, and the pool is cleaned regularly. As for the staff, they have always been kind and accommodating... which is probably why I decided to join the team last month as the newest leasing specialist! Seeing the property from this angle has brought me a whole new appreciation! thank you Moretti!”

“I have to be honest with you when I found out Cassandra was no longer working here I was very upset I've been here seven years and I think she's the best manager that ever worked here. But things happen and I've got to know Myra and Erica and I'm just getting to know Logan and I think that Brook Highlands will be in good hands. Myra and Erica have great customer service skills. I've been in customer service and the automotive business for 34 years. One thing I've learned to do is retain people make people happy retain them not just get them in but keep them in. With that being said I love Brook Highland Place I had my shares of ups and downs last year but I'm still here.”

She said she just started there but it seemed like she’s had been there for years. She was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that I needed. “The Crowne has been one of the best apartments I’ve lived in while in Birmingham. Leasing office throws lots of events and food trucks come through a lot. Staff and maintenance are quick to respond and helpful! No parking trouble, no loud neighbors, overall it was a quiet community. Only issue I’ve had were with gnats early on that were taken of.”

“Love living here! The property is beautiful and well maintained, they even blow the leaves off the parking lot once a week. Everything in the apartment works as it should and the one maintenance request I had was repaired within an hour. I looked at other properties and this was by far the best! “Jemison Flats is an awesome choice for someone looking for a unique experience in living. It’s definitely not your average apartment.Over 100 years old, this building is full of charm. Cole Carpenter, manager at Jemison Flats, has been a joy to work with. It’s not always easy when you’re on a fixed income, but Cole is always there with a solution. He is kind, and tries to solve the problem in a timely manner. I have found maintenance to be very helpful also.”

“I gave Village Square a 5 star for their performances. I haven't seen the inside of the complex but I have been inside of the office twice. Mrs Terri was at her desk on a call helping someone when we arrived. She asked to help us and she did just that and more. We did my son application on line. She helped my son with his paperwork and created him a folder. She also let us know what was available. I can tell she wasn't feeling well. She managed to take care of our needs and every phone call that came through. She was awesome in doing her task. Everyone that came through that door she made sure they was taken care of. I just want to acknowledge her for a well done job. She held that office down as if she was 10 people. Good job Mrs Terri. Thank you for taking care of us and others.”

“I have lived here for 4 months and have never been happier with an apartment complex. The apartment is huge for a 1 bedroom. I have washer and dryer connections, a built-in microwave, and an ice maker as well. We have valet garbage. Just set your garbage cans outside your door, and after a while, you will have an empty can to bring in. Rent is very reasonable. There is an exercise room which you can use for free (no more gym fees). Each apartment has its own Wi-Fi system. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is it.”
“Living at Hawthorne at Lake Heather has been the most positive experience. Margaret, Bria and Michelle have been great. These ladies are always here for me if I ever need anything. The community is small and quaint which keeps most of the residents knowing each other. The complex is always organizing social activities that are fun and always well thought out. I strongly suggest checking it out as this may be the most positive interaction I have had with a community like this.”
