I have lived at the Kenzie Apartments for 3 years and have had a great experience. Today I had an issue with my AC unit as well as an plumbing issue and after calling the office the Maintenance workers, Amiah and Stevon, came over and fixed the issue within 30 minutes!

When the gentleman got here, he did not know which apartment the lake was in and then I had to answer a bunch of questions about the apartments. Assume he got the fix, but they never told me they were finished so I could lock my front door
I’m finally finished and *Now can paint the ceiling next week. Thank you

The maintenance supervisor was very professional. The reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the management. When I called as a follow up after my maintenance request, the new manager was very flippant and dismissive.
