10175 US-431, New Hope“The friendliness and helpfulness of the people at this branch is the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. Unfortunately the swap to bancorp on the business side of things has ruined it for me. It’s been almost a month and still cannot connect to QuickBooks. I informed the newer bank teller in the drive through I was leaving and swapping to Redstone business and she didn’t have a care in the world. Consistency is the most important thing in business and Cadence does not offer that”

“Today, I was unable to remote deposit a check into my bank account. I made a call to Servis First Bank in Huntsville, AL Meridian St. location and spoke with the branch manager Margaret who sprung into action with only the best customer service any customer could ever ask for! She was welcoming, fast, professional and eager to help with all of my banking needs. Sean was also very professional and efficient as he completed my transaction. Thank you so much ServisFirst Bank for making me feel important and taken care of. I must a consider membership!”
“In need of an AWESOME Loan Representative! Go see Ms. Cindy Humphrey at RFCU-Winchester Rd. She is a true example of positive, professional, patient and responsive customer service/support. She is very knowledgeable, extremely patient and highly competent. She made my loan experience positive, professional and productive. She even went the extra mile to thoroughly explain with examples all that I didn’t understand or wasn’t familiar with. She also offered up ways for me to improve my credit score by taking advantage of some additional RFCU offered products/services. She exhibited superior customer service and is deserving of whatever RFCU customer service satisfaction rewards available.”

2101 Clinton Ave W Suite 101, Huntsville“The employees are always nice & helpful.... never had a problem. The bad reviews are to be ignored... never has it been crowded, never were any employees rude. Only problem I have is that FNB is not open on Saturday., but that's cool too, that's the reason for the ATM.”
“Tracy Flesch was excellent to work with! He and his staff answered all of my questions and made my home buying experience simple. I highly recommend Merit Bank and Tracy especially if you are using a VA loan.”
“Nice new office areaFree parking is available on street just to the east side on Greene st. if you park in the garage across the street, the bank can validate your ticket (free parking)”

2309 Whitesburg Dr, Huntsville“NAECU, formerly Huntsville Teacher's Credit Union has been around forever! I won't mention how long I have banked with them. :) Their membership used to be limited to teacher's and I think gov't workers, but they relaxed their membership - you'd have to check their website for those details. Everybody from the receptionist, to the tellers, to the President are so professional, friendly, pleasant, and helpful, in person and via the phone. They have two branches in HSV, one in Madison and one in Athens. I've financed car purchases through them, had (and still have) a small unsecured loan available if I ever want it, and have used them for notary services and counter checks, etc. They usually have a selection of 1-3 repossessed vehicles at this branch for sale, parked to the left of the front parking lot. The service I do not think they offer is mortgages. Throughout the year they have various activities such as open houses, offers for money for referring new members, and ink cartridge recycling. I highly recommend this local financial institution!”

“We have banked with Redstone since 1985. Even when we moved away we kept our account open and used it. I have had nothing but positive experiences with RFCU. Thank you RFCU!”
“Went in to fix a problem with unauthorized use of my debit card. Tykeesha was very courteous and helpful. Took less than 5 minutes to be seen and all matters on my account were done smoothly and quickly. Overall the best experience I've had with Redstone.”

305 Church St SW, Huntsville“The company that I am employed with has had an account with this location for the past year and a half. There is nothing more than great things that I can say about them. Every encounter I have had has been wonderful. The staff are all amazing and friendly, especially Heidi and Joe. They are quick to resolve potential issues and go above and beyond. As for the location, the main area is always spotless and not often busy. Parking is easy, it is in a garage. While dropping off deposits it feels safe and secure. Overall since we opened the account it has been extremely pleasant. My company’s corporate offices just switched over to another bank, but I will say I hate to go. Thank you guys for the last year and a half. Anyone looking for friendly, helpful, and communicative bank should check this location in specific out.”
“Not only was every member of the staff professional, but They also took the time to listen to our needs, came up with solutions, and treated us like friends while we were navigating a very tricky family situation. They genuinely cared about making sure that we would have a good outcome. THANK YOU JOSH, TREY, and LUTRECIA (who even took the time to pray with us)”
“I have had nothing but positive experiences every time since I started with Avadian back in 2021. Cory, Jason, Johnny, and the rest of the staff have always went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this location to anyone!”
“I had problems with my Account. I went there and the person who opened the Account took care of the issue and also apologized for what happened (which I appreciated).”
“Update: a representative called me after my review to get more information, and say she would be retraining. I appreciate that they made the effort to at least call. We still have not gone back inside the branch, but have used the ATM/ATM teller and that was pleasant with no issues. I don’t know where the remote tellers are actually at. I changed the stars from 3 to 4 to reflect the effort to improve the members’ experience but I still feel all the previous information is still valid.I’ve never had a horrible experience here. I’d say this branch is better than others. And some branches are better than this one. We’ve received a lot of conflicting information on questions we’ve had, but we still maintain 8 different accounts at this bank. I have written off prior issues over bad training and let it be and moved on with my day. No prior experiences were as alarming as the one that made an impression on my daughter about the credit union’s ability to keep her trust and confidence as we teach her about earning, proper spending and saving of money. Redstone puts a lot of emphasis on these kids’ checking yet we never received the piggy bank and other items promised when opening the kids accounts. They didn’t have any available. Why advertise when you don’t have it. We just bought them ourselves so the bigger issue was recently when I came to this branch with my oldest daughter who recently set short term and long term money goals. All our daughters have a kids saving account designed specifically to help them learn to save bills and coins. The tellers at my bank insisted we use the coin counter machine when the kids come to deposit money, not the tellers, but either way you always end up going to the tellers. They prefer leaving it up to a machine to count her deposit and not dealing with the kids. It doesn’t create a welcoming environment for children to relate trustworthy people to keep care of their money. They are learning to deal with a machine. So, the machine could not process some of the coins. It was less than a dollar in coins, much of it pennies. We go to the teller and explain we’ve tried the machine and it doesn’t take all the coins and he said he could not take it if it was more than $1 in coins. So, I counted it out for him twice in front of him, separating it into stacks of 5s for easy recounting. This way he could see it was not. It was roughly .75 +/- . Still the teller himself took all my daughters coins and spent nearly 10 minutes running every coin through the machine multiple times until we got down to 5 pennies that he just could not get the machine to accept, before he accepted defeat and agreed to accept the few coins. It was ridiculous. My daughter left the bank think the man who she viewed as in charge of protecting her money couldn’t count to 100. She decided to take the money back out in cash, because she did not trust the teller. She is 12 and will soon be allowed to have a checking account with the bank, but every time we go in they want to refuse coins, and where she does have bills, that’s how they collect smaller money amounts over time. This isn’t a one time situation, but was the most elaborate example that has happened to us. My family has worked out a deal with the kids now where they will buy their coins for bills, so Redstone doesn’t have to stress on counting coins. Now we have piles of rolled coins that goes to another popular credit union in the area because they taught the girls to count and roll the coins and provide rolling sleeves. Coins are treasury as much as bills. This was such a bizarre situation to experience at a bank. The level of stress he had over just seeing less than a $1 in coins was insane. This is your job, guy! It wasn’t a good face for Redstone and after we go to the point where the same teller couldn’t accept the coin amount of 0.34 in addition to his bill deposit from my husband, we just left. I felt compelled to write this review in hopes that the branch would take note. You have at least two tellers that cannot count.”
