“The friendliness and helpfulness of the people at this branch is the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. Unfortunately the swap to bancorp on the business side of things has ruined it for me. It’s been almost a month and still cannot connect to QuickBooks. I informed the newer bank teller in the drive through I was leaving and swapping to Redstone business and she didn’t have a care in the world. Consistency is the most important thing in business and Cadence does not offer that”

“I love love our bank and all that work there. However it would be really great if the new location in New Hope would take cash deposits at the New ATM. But for some reason it's taped off and the option is no longer available. With today's technology it should not be a problem to have that option on the ATM.”
