“I'm a sixty eight year old veteran living at Crestview Appartmets. I reported to the rental office the other day that my acc had went out. I suffer from chronic breathing problems so this made it worse. The secretary as if I wanted to set in the office which I thought was so polite. On the same day I reported this they had a serviceman there that evening, which quickly repaired my ac. I just wanted to say Thank You”
“It’s my 3rd year here and the best part is the maintenance team as everyone has noted. I haven’t had many experiences with the office bc my calls usually go to voicemail, I can’t say that I've had many follow ups. I complete Maintenance request online and someone is usually here within 24hours or less, they are always nice and I hope the office knows how they are the glue to this whole place. As for the building the walls are paper THIN! I literally hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes who walks/stomps around all day! I also stay on the 1st floor and all the stumping up the steps can be a lot as well. I would recommend staying on the 2nd floor to fully enjoy your stay. I Haven’t had many issues with pest as that was my biggest non negotiable. This will probably be my last year but I have lived comfortably so it served its purpose. .”
“Since I have moved back to Meadowood I figured I should update my review. I sold my house in 2020 and immediately knew I wanted to move back to Meadowood. Carolyn is still just as wonderful as is Bobby. The complex has had several nice updates and is still the cleanest and safest complex around. Meadowood isn't an apartment complex it is home and Carolyn goes out of her way to make it home! She is there to help you with all your leasing needs. I recently transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and Carolyn made it such a seamless process. It was so easy, and she shared in my joy of moving to a bigger apartment. If you are looking for a truly amazing "apartment living experience" look no more cause Meadowood is the best with a staff that truly care about their tenants. I love living here! Plus, they are pet friendly, so you don't have to worry about your fur babies!I lived at Meadow Wood about 7 years ago it was the best apartment complex I had ever lived in! Carolyn and Bobby were amazing! The only reason I left was because I purchased a home. I would highly recommend for people to give Meadow Wood a try you won't be sorry. Carolyn goes out of her way to help you feel safe and at home and Bobby will never let you down a maintenance request.”
