“I requested an estimate to replace the battery on a tablet. This business is very responsive. I went on site to have the work done. The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”

“The two associates I worked with were fantastic. Paul on the first day, and Derrick on the day I had the repairs performed. Knowledgeable and engaged. It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. I had been referred myself by my tenant.Do yourself a favour.... do NOT consider anyone else for your repairs.Now, about those raises....... :-)”
“After visiting another AT&T location and also the Apple Genius Bar for help with my iWatch, this AT&T location was my last hope!They were very patient, tried everything they could to help me without having to send in the watch and wait for an exchange.The solution took a while but, they were very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. “Yesterday, I visited this store and purchased a new phone. Natalia was the one who assisted me, and I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful, polite, and smooth she was. She possesses extensive knowledge, and the entire process of transferring my number took only a few minutes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a cellphone store. Natalia truly deserves a big promotion and should be a supervisor. It is extremely rare to encounter such a remarkable personality in the sales department. “UPDATE: I received a call from Matt Smith today. Really nice guy and Apologized for the inconvenience. The phones were returned to the store and everything was reversed.Emmanuel stepped outside and personally apologized to my grandmother. He was a really nice guy.Sierra tried to explain what they were essentially trying to do and apologized.Thank you all for correcting the error and doing the right thing.BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! My grandparents went to this store location and upgraded their phones. But what doesn’t make any sense is the fact the store associates are taking advantage of the elderly. In the midst of my grandparents upgrading their phones, they were told they needed to add two additional phone lines for their phone bill to decrease…. THAT’S A LIE!! If the associates were correctly looking at their phone bill, they would have realized they were already receiving a discount. Now because it’s past the 14 day return policy the associates refused to take the phones back. I really feel they took advantage of my grandparents because they are elderly.The store associate that helped my grandparents named was Emmanuel and Sierra.Also, I believe Sierra called her manager when I was about to contact him to inform him that I was about to call him. I’m still waiting on a return phone call. His name is Matthew Smith.They wouldn’t want this to happen to their family members.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
