Time on Google shows 9am-5pm. I called multiple time right after 4pm and it says this branch is closed. Either fix the hours or answer the phone.

Bank anywhere else but here. Took almost 6 months for them to give me an answer only too little to late and left me scrambling. They would rather see you fall then help you up.
