We pay a good amount of money for shipping for our item to be delivered because delivery is included when we pay the cost of shipping but this freaking FedEx always and every time you need to pick up your item.don’t they have a delivery driver to do their job?…is delivery no longer part of their job?…they just freaking sitting in the office every time I pick up my item they should just close down and put a lemonade stand if they couldn’t do their job FedUp with their shitty service

I've always had great experience with our local Fedex. I order a lot of vehicle parts online and that's always the cheaper route and it arrives really fast even from out of the country. The local folks are always friendly when I go in there and if a package is damaged they do their part to mark it during pickup. Also their building has a lot of really cool trinkets to check out if there happens to be a line(which has been rare in my experience).

I was actually surprised with the reviews. My experience with picking up parcels there has always been pleasant. But I guess if you have a man in your house, let them picking it up, just to be cautious. The place is pretty retro. Probably the most museum-like distributing centre I have seen. I would like to hang around checking out all the antiques and finding out their histories, but it was kind of awkward with a clerk standing behind the counter and it was after all not a museum. I would recommend if you happened to miss your delivery and you have time to spare, hang a little bit checking out the arts and antiques in the place.

I can't express how awful the service has been.The kid at the desk was pleasant enough and that makes me feel a bit better about the one star rating.I had 12 boxes, paid over 650 in total charges, all fragile and quite heavy and they refused to re-deliver.I just started a small business and we're not open Mondays and this happens to be the only day they'll attempt delivery. I did not receive an apology or anything.I can't afford to pay for someone to pick up packages and deliver them to me, nor do I have the equipment or vehicle to carry so many boxes. And to carry them one by one into my business isn't really an option either.In 2021, the service was just fine. If we missed a delivery which rarely happened, we get them the next day. The poor kid working for them had said "they force us to deliver even when we know the business isn't open. It's extra work for us and makes no sense"Now with the refusal to make another delivery attempt, it's even more of a waste of time for employees and a heartbreaking situation for small business owners like myself. The shippers choose FedEx so I have no choice.I've just cried about this situation. I'm currently on trip 2 of 3 to get my delivery to my store. I'm not made of money and time. ? Nor am I strong. This isn't easy.My boxes are also damaged and product is hanging out :(

The worst experience I have ever had! Aaron purposely would not surrender the package as he admitted on recording that it was a game he was playing. I had to report them to the RCMP with a complaint of theft.If you read from the other reviews he especially treats women with no respect. I guess that is what happens when women turn you down all of your life. Time to switch to men Aaron. Probably already have!

Worse than Canada Post- and that's saying something.Beware of the young guy behind the desk at Industrial- he's completely incompetent and incredibly rude (especially towards female customers)Maybe this business should properly train their employees? Or at the very least, hire employees from this century who don't treat female clients as lesser.

They said my parcel will be delivered the next day at 5pm I was waiting and they didn’t show up,Few days after I got a note saying they will be at my place at 5pm again I waited and no one showed up. Horrible experience I hope they can call or text .

absolute worst experience ever. The guy at the counter was absolutely no help whatso ever and was so rude! he didn't even care to try and figure it out for me. So now not only did they not help me I won't see the package that they have until Wednesday! When I should have had it on the Friday beforehand! Then I was on hold with FedEx for 1 hr. before finally giving up. What an absolutely joke!
