I went in for a quick deposit into my US account, was the 10 person in line with only 2 tellers working 1-1/2 hours later I still was #3 in line

I can't give zero stars!! Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Poor service, never return calls, long waits, can't access online banking overseas, etc. Only reason I stay is because of Aeroplan.
