Great location on A/H, just past Watson Lake.Nice enough RV park.Prices insanely expensive, at least $15 higher than everywhere else we stayed!!! Nothing makes it that special.I appreciate the business is for sale but I would encourage your staff to be appreciative of your customers. We won’t stop here again

We just finished traveling through the Cassiar/Stewart highway. Nugget City is the first place a person comes to when travelling to the Yukon. We went in to look for a RV site. The place was super busy. The attendant was only taking cash. The cost was $55.00 Canadian for a site. No wifi in the campgrounds. People are hovering around the office using the wifi. Amazingly the place was almost full. We went in to check out the bakery. We were charged $9.45 for a small piece of apple pie. I felt the campground is just gouging everyone who comes in there. Not full hook ups. There was a Sani dump to use on the way out. If you can save yourself some money and continue down the road to some government campsites. We won’t be returning to this campground. The cost of a Sani dump only here is $30.00 dollars. This should give you a hint of what’s in store should you decide to stay there. I’m planing on sending a letter to john Streicker minister of tourism in the Yukon. I would recommend anyone who has had a negative experience here do the same. By look of the reviews sounds like many people travelling have been taken advantage of.

If you are from the USA, don’t tell them. They will say there credit card machine is broke and charge you 55 dollars for A “PRIMO “site that will be facing the Sani dump. Then will use there credit card machine for someone

Place is a total sham avoid stopping here at all cost! Fuel pump was not accepting credit cards, and they only take cash inside no credit cards! No working ATM in 100 American equals 100 Canadian! You’ve been

Very helpful on the phone, they had no winter spaces open but only because they were snowed in!

Stopped in for a bite to eat for lunch. Older man working the kitchen asked what we wanted, hamburger or chicken Fingers. We got one of each and an order of fries. I went to get a coffee but by the look of the restaurant I checked the expiration date on the Coffee Mate - December 2016! Gave coffee to my friend who drinks it black. The grand total for a hamburger with lettuce and tomato (didnt have relish or mustard etc), 3 chicken fingers (they didn't have plum sauce), an order of fries and one small coffee was $41.00!!! And on top of the crazy prices the place stunk. I had to step out for fresh air while waiting for food. I get that this place is literally in the middle of nowhere but I would advise driving the 22 kms to Watson Lake.

Linda was nice but we stayed in the rv park because we were exhausted. She said she gave me a special price because I was nice. But it was $66+ for a rv spot with brown water. $28 for a small cheeseburger and fries. I needed 3 loons for wash and 3 loons for dryer. For that price, we still had to pay for our showers. One loon buys 2 minutes of water. So, 2 loons was enough water for a quick shower. The gas station was not self serve. So you have to wait until the store opens at 9 to get gas. Tons of mosquitos but that's not their fault. We filled up our water jugs but water was brown. We didn't have enough money for the dryer, we needed to try to get more loons, but the store didn't open until noon. So, we left with wet laundry.PS Free wifi without internet meant I could check my Instagram and Facebook, but still can't make a phone call or send a text. And many threats about fines and being thrown out of the park if Facebook messenger or wifi calling was used.

Truly a poor campground. Way overpriced for a gravel lot. Cafe had already started to wind down for the year and didn’t have much selection. Save money, go to Downtown RV Park in Watson Lake. At least you will be close to everything.

We were on our way to Watson Lake, when we passed by this "accommodation". We knew the prices in Watson Lake were high so we decided to give this a shot. Upon walking into the restaurant side it was very busy, with locals it seemed? We waited for about 10 minutes before going up to the counter and being told to go next door to look for accommodations by talking to Linda, even though the vacancy sign was on that building. We went next door and met Linda. She was very nice, however everything in the gift shop seems very overpriced... Along with their rooms. A standard cabin with coffee machine, private deck, satellite TV and wireless internet was approximately $200, and a sleeping room was $85 if we paid cash, no tax. We reluctantly took it. We were directed down to an atco trailer, when we entered it appeared to be a 8x8 room with a double bed, night table and alarm clock. The bed was very much similar to sleeping on plywood. Since there was nowhere to heat our food we had to eat in the restaurant, when we received a menu our jaws hit the floor. We decided to share a dish since the prices were so hefty, we got "Dave's famous rib dinner" which consisted of six pork ribs with barely any meat, mashed potato with vegetables that were certainly frozen. We paid $34.95.... although the owners seem nice enough, they probably shouldn't flaunt that their staff "ran away". Also we were directed to use the staff lounge for washrooms as it was right by our cabin and the public use ones had a leak problem... I squatted over the toilet, it was incredibly disgusting, food clothes dirt and grime everywhere! Upon checking in Linda said she would give us cleaners to give it a quick clean since she didn't have time... It would have taken me 4 days to clean that place!!! There was even a cat house... Where is that poor cat!

Stayed in one of the sleeping cabins which seemed like a good idea until we discovered later in the night that the window had no screen, so we could not open it to cool down the room since there were lots of mosquitos outside. The bathrooms and showers were very poorly maintained with some clogged toilets, puddles on the floor from leaking pipes and mold in many places on the walls. I won't be staying there again.

This review is for the Baby Nugget RV park. It was the most expensive RV park I found along the ALCAN Hwy. My campsite had trees and nicely spaced from adjacent sites. I was confused when I asked about a Good Sam's discount. I understand her to say there was no discount because it was off season. I paid $73 Canadian for August 1, 2022 with full hookups.

Location good, cabin was fine but expensive. Cafe was very expensive but the food was fine. Request for tap water with ice was answered with none but bottled water for purchase. Sink with tap in view and ice was available.

Very, very, very expensive. But when you need a place to lay down for the night, it is there. Everything worked, but the cabin is starting to seem 'dated' since I first stayed here almost five years ago.
