Got stuck on BC 37 with a bad fuel pump relay about 60km from Watson Lake; They towed us in and gave me assistance on how to find parts, and showed us the best places to go around town waiting for them to arrive! Thanks to BeeJays, we made it to the Arctic Ocean!

Bryan is the best! My in-laws were travelling up to the Yukon from the NWT and broke down at Contact Creek. Bryan showed up so quickly and took such great care of them. He towed them, their vehicle and a trailer full of supplies to Watson Lake. He dropped their truck off at the shop and dropped them off at Tags so they could have breakfast. The owners are amazing people. We went off the ditch on Highway 37 and was buried in snow about 5 feet and slanted. Bryan showed his skill when pulling the vehicle out. He put it in his shop to let the snow in the engine compartment melt. Put the serpentine belt back on, charged the battery, removed and straightened out a bent control bar with his press, and changed a wheel. We were very lucky to have them around in the middle of winter. Highly recommend this service if you have issues.Services: Battery

Bee Jay services went above and beyond getting my wife and I's broke down van 100 miles away towed to safety. Jennifer at the front office also provided recommendations of local mechanics providing phone numbers and even calling them herself on our behalf. It is nice to know there are good companies out in rural areas that can and want to help when things do not go as planned for travelers. Highly recommend!

Jen helped us out with a long distance and late notice tow after another provider fell through.They had excellent customer service and communication. Their tow truck was reliable and capable.If you're stuck, these are the guys to call!

Hit ice on the road and ended up tipping my rig. Bryan came across the boarder into bc to get me back on 4 wheels and tow me back to Watson. Did a check up and helped me get her back on the road. Then almost 200km down the road my alternator went out( just a fluke). Towed me back and fixed her up again! These guys were life savers! I made it from watson lake to key west Florida then back up to Denali Alaska. Their kindness will not be soon forgotten. And don't be like me and continously call to check up. Just let them do their job.
