“Cabin is clean and well maintained. Visited summer 2023 - we stayed in 4 different lodging facilities in Yellowstone and Grand Teton NP and this was the best one. WiFi connection was poor even inside the main building though.”

“Great food, great service, and great atmosphere! We thoroughly enjoyed the crispy duck leg, lentil/quinoa soup, and cream brulee cheesecake. Lots of varieties for kids too! We dined for both breakfast and dinner, and we were impressed! Ian at the front desk is a gem!”

“A beautiful, historic hotel to stay at while in Yellowstone and a welcome break from the "constants" of the online world. Staff was very welcoming and had plenty of wonderful recommendations for activities in the park. Our room was very spacious and well-kept.”

“Perfect location for sightseeing in the park. Easy walk through the beautiful woods (20 min) to the Grand Canyon.Room is large, and comfortable. Ours had a bathtub, which I loved after hiking all day. Location to Mud Pots, Hayden Valley was awesome. We also drove over to Lamar Valley but road and bridge construction blocked our way.We were in the Moran Lodge - furthest from the registration building but most quiet and nearest the woods. Out of the busy traffic area. Ice machine and water bottle refill station available in the building. No daily housekeeping but they did give us extra coffee when we asked. There is a table set up with chess and one with checkers that we saw people playing. There is Wifi at the hotel. Life saver for us because we had no signal with T Mobile. I would stay there again!Rooms: Rooms are modern and large and include a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker. No microwave. Beds were comfy. We had a room in the Moran Lodge, which had the forest behind. We saw a deer in the morning just outside our window. There is no A/C but we were here in late September so the open window (31F) at night allowed us to keep the room cool. I am not sure how that would work in summer!”

“Was not real crazy about how you go to the register to order and then stand in line fir your number to be called but it was ok. The view from the dining area is spectacular. I had the Bison brat with chili and cheese and it was good. My wife had the hamburger and it was pretty dry. Would go back mainly for the atmosphere.”

“It's a pretty typical cafeteria style place, but some of the food is really good, and probably one of the better options at Yellowstone considering quality for the price. The burgers are okay, but the chicken burger (it's a crispy chicken sandwich), bison bratwurst, and red pepper and gouda soup are all really good. It's a little pricey for what you get, but the quality is pretty good overall. If you catch it in between snowmobile groups, you can have the place all to yourself and the food will be really fresh and hot. If you go in the middle of one of those groups, the place will be slammed and there will be no place to sit, so that's a downside. The other downside is they're only open for lunch, closing at 3:00, but I recommend it overall.”

“Food is ok nothing to write home about. It's expensive and could be more fresh and flavorful. My favorite thing was the bison bratwurst. Service wasn't terrible, but it wasn't friendly. I'd say the line was a 10-15 minute wait for lunch.”
