Unfortunately our 2024 Cougar feels like a lemon. First time out the battery was dead so we had no heat and froze all night. Tv/radio didn’t work and no power for the Cpap.
Second time out still issues. Third time out radio/TV still has issues, using the Cpap only lasted until the middle of the night then battery died, and suddenly the table won’t stay locked in place.
The Midway personnel have been helpful and are trying to deal with the issues. The problem seems to be with Keystone and their workmanship.

My car broke down in Worland and these guys are the ones who helped fix it - very understanding of my situation and pulled some strings to make sure I’d be able to leave town. Without Midway Auto, I’d be stuck in Worland for a long time! Thank you Greg!

Yes place is a scam lowball you on probably every trade and you try to trade in here case in point I have a 2022 Can-Am Maverick 1000 Trail with every possible upgrade bought brand new has 5 miles Was going to trade it straight across for their 2016 razor 1000 turbo guy told me my machines only worth 15,000 yeah OK keep on lowballing people scam!!!!!!!!!! If you see this owner Iam not sold on your ideology. I talk to my bank and they’re willing to finance anything they just don’t like it when it’s over than five years so we can disregard that comment second I understand you’re trying to do good for your company that’s fine and dandy but I would not recommend your place to anybody. I know when I know a lot of people in the town I live in. It is unfortunate third there’s probably a reason why I only have 3.1 stars in customer satisfaction.

Midway RV sold us a NEW fifth wheel in July after we saw their ad for the unit on the internet. Everything was great during the purchase process. We were told the unit was in great shape, had been cleaned, been function checked and inspected to ensure that there were no issues, everything was working, etc. It was delivered to us on July 29th at dusk. Immediately upon delivery we found issues - a window was broken out, the unit was dirty (had obviously not been cleaned), numerous other items were broken, missing or don't work. We have had nothing but trouble with the unit and keep getting told when we contact them that they will get more information, etc. and will be back in contact with us. We never receive an answer (no calls back, no texts, emails, etc.). We have been told that parts have been ordered (they haven't), we were told the window had been shipped (it wasn't). Call, email and text and can't get a straight answer from anyone there, about anything (if they even respond). It's Sunday, September 11th and we still can't get answers. We wish that we had NEVER purchased from them. DO NOT purchase an RV or vehicle from Midway. All they want to do is make the sale. Absolutely zero customer service. You will regret it!

sold my best friend a total lemon and even after 3 fully unsuccessful attempts at repair REFUSE to refund her or put her in a different vehicle. She hasn't even been able to drive her car a full week since purchase. OVERPRICED, UNETHICAL, BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Great parts department, great customer service, I did not have to buy an RV to get that great service, I sold Appliances in Home Depot,for 20 years, average One million dollars a fiscal year, and I know about great customer service, I recommend them for your R.V. purchase, you can trust them.

I wanted to do a trade in with my previous car, I was told that the bank was able to do everything as we wanted. A sales representative asked for $500 to hold our car til we got to Worland to sign paper works, 24 hours later they called back saying the bank couldn’t take the car. They tried giving us something smaller than we wanted with a bigger monthly payment. Now they won’t refund out $500 they will use it as a in store credit for future service! They also took down the car we wanted on the main website page. Be careful on who you trust. Definitely will not be coming back

In 2020, I bought a 2010 Kia Sedona from Midway in Worland, Wyoming that seemed like a good deal. Stevie, the manager, sold me junk. It costs more to repair it than the vehicle is worth. A dead horse. I highly do not recommend this dealership. You will be out a lot of money and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Friendly staff. But the trucks there are wayyy overly priced. We Kelly blue booked a bunch of their vehicles. And it was ridiculous
