My packages often sit in the back unprocessed for over 24 hours, the desk clerk is frequently short and rude with customers. Add an extra 36 hour delay for any packages delivered to this location...

How do you post full open hours from 7:30-4:30 but then say only open 2-4. It really just compounds the problem as you have everyone trying to get packages in a 2 hour window vs 8 hour window..
