Because of Watson and Amy! They run the store so smoothly and work harder than any other employees I’ve ran into at any ups store. They are seriously the only reason we have a box there

Hours on google maps aren’t accurate, they’re supposedly open 9-5 on weekdays. However, I was waiting outside until 9:15 today and no one was there to open the store. I understand covid makes things difficult, but they could at least stick to their hours...

The service was excellent at this location. We had a large and awkwardly shaped item to ship, and the staff (very friendly and creative) proposed an ingenious solution for our needs. They got us out the door and back on the road in a matter of minutes.
