Vyve is the worst cable n internet company that I've ever dealt with, their Internet n cable sucks, ever since they got the HDV box, I too definitely will never recommend vyve to anyone, the office here in Wheatland , Wyoming never seems to be open to return thing that you want to return. The cable n internet goes in and out, they charge too much. I've been with Vyve 3 years to give my personal opinion. It's not the greatest Internet or cable, I've been with other better cable n internet companies before. The price is too high for cable and Internet.

It started well, nice customer service and all. In four months that I have it the technician has been over three or four times already. This last week we've had about three days of outage. Today the service was very poor and I called vyve. About 30 minutes to get a person on the phone and she wasn't any help. I said how one day I have great service and the next day it's terrible. They don't care about losing customers. I'm very upset what the service I'm getting, that's for sure. Their signal is good when it works, but it's unreliable.

We’ve had VYVE now for almost a year. It was great, at first! But it has gotten gradually worse to the point that the internet is spotty at best and most days now it’s down most of the time!!! ☹️ VYVE offers no explanation or redemption. I would NOT recommend VYVE to anyone! Bottom line, they SUCK !!!! ?

It was nice the first day I had it and now it barely works, I'm not a person that leaves reviews but vyve is not a great and reliable internet source, and they don't help at all.

My experience with Vyve has been frustrating and disappointing thus far. I called at the end of February to schedule an internet installation at my apartment. When the appointment time came around, no one arrived at my apartment. I called the company to follow up on this and was told the scheduled date was actually for the following week. I took it as a miscommunication and left the appointment as is, for the following week, wth the request that the installers come after 5pm, as I work until then. Today, the scheduled day for the appointment, I receive a voice message at around 3:45 pm saying that no one was answering the door and I would have to reschedule my installation!!! They were supposed to come after 5pm! I called again to follow up and see if there is any chance I can have it installed today...I am still waiting on my call back. After checking my credit card statement, I see that I've already been charged the installation and monthly fees, although I still don't have any internet. The representatives at Vyve have been very nice and pleasant in their phone exchanges with me, but it has not amounted to any true customer service. This could have all been avoided with simple communication. I am close to calling the company and canceling the installation all together and requesting a refund...

Very courteous and professional. Our installer made sure everything was correct and working before he left. He also arrived within the predicted time frame. Thank you for making our experience top notch!

Very impressed by the level of speed and price available for Wheatland. This rivals any large internet providers I've come in contact with.
