Broulim's grocery store, established in 1922, has a long history of serving communities across Idaho and Western Wyoming, with 11 locations including Rigby, Rexburg, and Driggs. The store is known for its well-organized and clean environment, spacious parking lot, and friendly staff who are helpful and professional. Customers appreciate the quality of meat, especially the steaks, and the variety of products available, including deli options and a small liquor section. The store offers most essentials and has a drug store inside some locations. However, some shoppers express concerns about produce quality, noting that fruits like strawberries and carrots can sometimes be moldy or dirty. Prices are generally considered high, which is expected given the store's location and the quality offered. Despite this, customers value the good service and the store's role as a convenient shopping destination in small towns. Some reviews mention a decline in bakery quality since Broulim's acquired Valley Market, suggesting a desire for improved baked goods. Overall, Broulim's is seen as a reliable, well-maintained grocery store with a strong focus on customer service and community presence, driven by a dedicated team committed to providing value and quality.
Better fresher produce is needed. Bought a box of strawberries. Moldy at bottom covered up by other berries. Carrots in bag are really dirty from the supplier. Only close by grocery if had another choice would go. Nice staff though.

Clean and very well organized. In addition the parking Lot is large and there is always sufficient room. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected if you're not buying from a farmer.

The prices are high but the employees are great. I honestly feel so sorry for the employees having to deal with the snooty customers. Witnessed one such customer yesterday. I wanted to tell her to go back to where she came from but your employee was very professional.
