Knowing I was some distance from their shop, they not only searched their computer for my part, but also went to the storeroom and verified it was on the shelf so I wouldn’t waste a trip. When I arrived, they helped me verify that the symptoms sounded like an alternator problem and offered advice. Although I had watched a bunch of YouTube videos, their onsite expertise was valuable. They lent me tools and let me work in the parking lot. They really went above and beyond helping me, and I left with a working vehicle. Chad and the guys know their stuff, but they make me feel like an inferior idiot. Plus, a homemade cookie was waiting on the counter when I was done. I highly recommend getting parts here.”
