We didn't stay here during our trip, but came to ride the tram up. But from the outside, it is immaculately kept. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful, both my friend and I said we should have stayed here during our trip. But there is always next time.

Our experience at the Hotel Terra in Jackson Hole was wonderful. Great location, a room with a view, and an incredible Team.
The onsite restaurant, Il Villaggio Osteria was very impressive. Great bar bites & drinks in the afternoon and an excellent dinner & wine selection for the evening.
Special thanks to Colleen the Concierge, Riley in the restaurant, Tyler at the front desk, and all the other great Hotel Terra team members that made our stay fantastic.
Safety: Well lit area, many emergency exits and safe staff.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we do recommend this stay if money is no concern. Comfortable rooms, beds, nice showers (took a minute to figure out), robes, and enjoyable hot tubs.
Our 3-star rating is based on prices. At over $550 a night weekend rate for just the hotel with no ski package we expected a bit more. We just felt nickel and dimed. $4 water bottles, $10 canned beers (extra above a tip if delivered to hot tub which you had to call from a phone), approximately $35 minimum a person for breakfast, and $11 for the a dirty laundry bag (Not even a free plastic bag). Meals as expected for two people about $80 to $120. Loss of satellite TV service.
Compared to other places we visited in a similar and lower price range services were more readily available. At this price point we would expect at least pool drink service, simple complimentary breakfast before skiing, and a sauna or steam room. For us to give 5-star we would expect what other hotels are providing in this class of hotel.

They are advertising “4th night on us”, which is false advertising. It is a mildly discounted rate but still applied to all 4 nights. There is no free. Deceptive marketing at its worst. This “4th night free” is being pushed on all online platforms, TripAdvisor, you name it, and it patently does NOT exist. Deceptive marketing at its worst. Be warned, look at all the fees and fine print, because with this company there is a lot of fine print.

Rooms: My room had a loud fan motor that rattled every time the heater turned on. Unique layout of the room and the hotel being laid out in two parts.
I felt like since I was booked thru a work trip, they made sure to give me a "lesser room." It got the job done for a couple nights, but if I was paying full price, I'd have been greatly disappointed.
I put a DND sign out to decline service, but they serviced the room anyway - I guess its hard to complain about new linens tho.
Walkability: Easy to navigate around the resort
Noteworthy details: Free laundry on each floor was clutch.

This is an awesome place to stay in Teton Village. There's a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The beds are so comfy-top notch! It's clean and quiet. Everything is lots of fun -Mangy Moose restaurant and bar close by has delicious food and GREAT entertainment! We took the tram up the mountain. There was a marathon that was fun to watch. Fabulous experience!

THE MOUNTAINS WERE CALLING! Hotel Terra did not disappoint and provided us with a luxurious space to come relax after "playing" (hiking, biking, action activities) all day in the Tetons. After a sweaty day on the hill or bike, it was great to clean up with these large showers and the "unique" bath tubs that provide an all over massage. The beds were super comfy and we loved padding around in our soft, cuddly robes. The front desk and concierge services were superb. Thank you Hotel Terra....we'll see you next time! The food at the restaurants were absolutely delightful!

Loved our stay over Labor Day Weekend. We were first concerned after checking in late w/ a night staff member who spoke limited English and struggled to understand basic questions and the room was cold. However, the staff we met the next morning was helpful and friendly at all times and the heating issues were resolved. We received a generous update to a suite and a nice welcome amenity to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Great bathroom and suite layout w/ spacious balcony. Breakfast in Osteria was good. We liked the convenience of location, amenities, helpful concierge service and the style/ vibe of the hotel and are planning to return for skiing.

I recently stayed six nights in a standard king room here on the third floor. We were in the smallest unit on the floor because it was a lock off from the corner unit so it had a hall and the room was very cramped. One of our first observations was an enormous amount of deferred maintenance needed ( my husband is a contractor ) the first day we opened our window and the hardware came apart with the arm connecting and we found not close the window . The shade itself was also broken . Maintenance came and fixed it and we left it closed, until the day we went to Yellowstone and came back at 11 pm to a freezing room where the housekeeper had decided to open both windows, and she too encountered the broken arms so instead of her telling maintenance she put the blind down and pulled the drapes closed over them . When we called downstairs the front desk apologized but said she could do nothing as no maintenance was there that late all she could do was move us to another room on another floor... by then at 11 pm ! My husband jumped into action as we were exhausted, removed both window screens , pulled out a multi tool , strong armed the windows closed and popped the broken arms into the window slot . The next day the director of maintenance came and sheepishly told us that "yeah, we're having lots of problems with housekeeping". We reviewed the light on the wall that was arcing, the handle in the shower and the drain that was broken, the mini split that was rattling and the dresser drawers that needed to be shimmed so they stopped coming out into the walkway on their own. On the positive, the hotel was wonderful to have two amazing washers and dryers on every floor and free detergent at the front desk. The young man grant at the front desk from So Cal was wonderful and so kind . The restaurants and location were top notch . The lobby was clean and inviting and the elevators worked great . I would go back, but not because of the hotel but because of the proximity to the mangy moose restaurant next door and the ease of parking and how over all safe I felt coming in the off season . Oh, maintenance ... for what we pay - please don't duct tape the broken blinds . Get a new one , thank you . We fixed that, too .
