This place is comically bad. Not worth $89.99 a night let alone what we paid. Multiple times have had issues and have been told by staff “that sucks” multiple times. Here for business and everyone regrets that we booked this place. I’ve worked in the service industry and NEVER write negative reviews but this place warranted it. Food made me sick, bar is not good (wonder why no one is ever at it?) and the staffs response is laughable. Hope you don’t have allergies bc every room is covered in dust. Carpets smell, a/c unit in room smells (bc no central air). I would never write this complaint about a motel 6 being like this but we paid a lot of money for rooms that haven’t been renovated since the 1970’s. I haven’t been on an elevator like this since my childhood. Holiday Inn express is like the Ritz compared to the Snake River Lodge.

I recently stayed at snake river lodge and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. There was no hot water for over 24 hours, which made for an uncomfortable visit. Instead of having us switch to a different room they offered for us to shower in the gym or pool area. Additionally, the service was notably slow; requests took longer than expected to be addressed. The restaurant’s at the hotel were average but very pricey. I hope the hotel can improve on these aspects, as they are crucial for a pleasant stay.
Otherwise the location was great and the rooms were clean

Hotel is unique and has charm. Bedrooms were clean. Tv didn’t work and staff tried to help by changing our room only to find the tv wasn’t working in another room. Reservation was for 2 nights however, my husband was mercy flighted to Idaho after first night stay. We had to check out early and while I was traveling to Idaho my credit card alerted me to charges from the hotel in excess of over $1000.00. On my way home I stopped in to the hotel to get this rendered and am awaiting Becky’s decision to correct overcharging us

The pool and hot tub were ok although not very clean. Couldn't figure out how to turn the jets on in the hot tub outside, just the how to turn on the waterfall.
The sink in our room took about 15 minutes to drain and it leaked.
The gym was pretty good but all the equipment was sticky.
I paid over $420 for one night and if I would have gotten the breakfast for my wife and 2 kids I would have been $92! That's insane. And other reviews say it is gross.

Without a doubt the worst hotel "resort" I have ever visited for the price (~$6k for 6 nights). Service was horrible and absurdly slow. Breakfast buffet ($31) was basically inedible (powdered scrambled eggs, paper thin soggy bacon, stale bread, and unseasoned potatoes fried to death). I was stupid enough to give it a second chance and ordered the Avacado toast. Aside from costing $23, the avacado was at least a week old, brown, and so sour from the gallons of lemon juice added to extend its life that I could barely keep my eyes open while eating it. My $4 "over-medium" egg on top was cooked nothing less of hard-boiled. Disguisting. Took 3 days, and 5 trips to the front desk, to get a working TV. Bugs in the bathroom. Dated and dirty decore. Pictures on the website conveniently photoshop away (or are 20 years old) The Four Seasons Resort (where I wish I would have stayed) which was built right between Snake River "Resort" and the mountains, more or less obstructing their entire view. More Catfishing here than on Tinder. If you stay, Sauna was out of order, detergent dispensers in laundry room empty. Don't bother going to the front desk for help before 8am else you get a poor Russian guy that can't say much except for "too early" and "I don't understand". But yeah, the location is amazing; thanks Wyoming. If you gave this place a 5 star review, please tell me what medication you are on, I need some.

I have to say this, the staff is nice but the value for the price is zero. We have stayed at hilton garden inns equipment better. At 1/3 the price. Most notable problem was these weird ready to cause injury poles sticking out from EACH side of both our queens. For adults it might be a trip twice thing but I was traveling with a 2 year old who fell over this Atleast 20 times and I’m really glad he didn’t get hurt badly otherwise I would have really gotten the hotel involved. How can they have such a hazard inside a hotel room.

While the location was stunning, the hotel is incredibly outdated. It is priced for luxury, yet beds do not even have full sized pillows or comfortable bedding

My family & I had a great “staycation” for the 4th of July. Shea G at the front desk was amazing! She helped us with upgrading us to a room with a balcony. Tanner who is part of the bell staff was also great! The pool is very nice & kid friendly, my family & I plan on going back more often just for the pool & the lobby bar was also a bonus!

Rooms were smaller, but clean. Restaurant menu was small and pricey. Didn't think it was worth the nightly room cost.

Rude desk. Decor is a bit tired and worn, and they really should lose their AAA 4 diamond rating. Way overpriced.

Hotel location great ,hotel staff great, hotel condition , tired and neglected. It’s an older hotel ,so yes it needs major updating but the small stuff that was left unchecked all falls on management. Dead plants in lobby’s dirty windows the pool was sad. 4ft weeds growing ,broken chairs just completely neglected ,to charge 4 star prices and look like a 2 star with 4 seasons next door. Hotel owners and management should be embarrassed .you can look at my post on trip advisor that allows pictures to show that this is not an exaggeration

Please check your booking.com phone number contact. It is not the number to the resort, it is some poor woman who is tired of getting calls/complaints about your resort.
